These terms apply only to invited testers using the Snow Frenz staging app. The beta is unfinished and may change, reset, or become unavailable. Final production terms will require separate review before public release.
Beta participation
You may use the staging app only for authorized testing. Keep your account secure, provide accurate feedback, and do not share private beta access or attempt to interfere with the service or other testers.
Safe and respectful use
Do not harass others, impersonate people, upload unlawful content, bypass access controls, or use Snow Frenz to create unsafe situations. We may restrict or remove beta access to protect testers and the service.
Mountain and location information
Resort status, weather, maps, locations, and user-provided plans may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Snow Frenz is not an emergency, rescue, navigation, avalanche, or safety service. Follow official resort guidance, posted closures, local conditions, and your own judgment.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit. You permit Snow Frenz to host and process that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and evaluate the beta. Only share content you have the right to use.
Sandbox purchases
TestFlight purchases use Apple's Sandbox environment. They are test transactions, do not create production billing obligations, and may be reset or behave differently from future production subscriptions.
No warranty for the beta
The staging app is provided for evaluation as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Report issues instead of relying on beta behavior.
