Privacy Notice

Effective August 28, 2026

This notice applies to invited testers using the Snow Frenz staging app. Staging data may be reset as the service changes. A separately reviewed policy will replace this notice before a public production release.

Information we process

Depending on the features you test, Snow Frenz may process:

  • Account and authentication details, including your email address.
  • Profile information and content you choose to provide.
  • Group, meetup, message, media, and Talkie content you create or share.
  • Location information when you grant permission and use location-based features.
  • App, device, diagnostic, and security information needed to operate and troubleshoot the beta.

How we use information

We use beta information to provide Snow Frenz features, authenticate testers, operate safety tools, investigate abuse, diagnose failures, measure service reliability, and communicate about the test.

Service providers and access

Snow Frenz uses service providers such as Apple and AWS to distribute and operate the beta. Authorized Snow Frenz operators may access staging data when needed for support, security, testing, or incident response. We do not sell staging tester information.

Retention and control

Staging records may be deleted or reset without notice. Diagnostic records currently target a 90-day retention period, subject to testing and review. You can control device permissions in iOS Settings and stop participating by deleting the beta app.
